Adobe Connect is a real-time virtual classroom and meeting environment designed for distance education and collaboration. Tutors and AU staff can create fully-featured live virtual classrooms to hold office hours, guest lectures, online lectures and meetings. As long as, individuals have a stable Internet connection Windows or Mac operating system computers, they can participate in live (or view recorded) web conferences and meetings.

In this course, you will identify many of the common features of Adobe Connect to be able to host a virtual classroom or an online meeting

You will:

  • Set up your AU Adobe Connect account.
  • Create your first meeting.
  • Manage Audio in a meeting.
  • Use pods.
  • Share contents within the meeting.
  • Manage recordings.
  • Use pods.
